Under section 15 a of the Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz), the members of the Executive and Supervisory Boards of EnviTec Biogas AGand other executives of the Company are required to report the purchase or sale of EnviTec Biogas shares.In addition to the buying and selling of EnviTec Biogas shares, transactions in securities relating to EnviTec Biogas shares  must also be reported.
