Environmentally-friendly plant technology

Biogas plants from EnviTec are extremely low in emissions and comply with legally prescribed emission limits. Thus construction of biogas plants is also possible in populated regions.

Standardized, modular structure

EnviTec has specialized in a standardized modular construction method with modules of 500 kWel, 1 MWel, 1.5 MWel, and 3 MWel. Construction with batch-production components offers significant advantages: High product quality thanks to high volumes, favorable and stable prices, and most importantly an efficient method of construction with short construction times and guaranteed planning reliability. You also profit from our special construction methods during operation: Regardless of their size the plants contain many of the same components that we always keep in stock. This means that parts subject to wear can be replaced within extremely short lead times.

The mixing tank – for safe process control

The feed substrates are automatically weighed with kilogram precision and are stirred with aspecial mixing technology to form a uniform mass, to ensure a stable and safe control of the biology. A downstream cutter ensures additional reduction of the input materials and removal of detrimental items.

Fermenter construction with system tanks

Our system tanks are custom-manufactured in series production, scalable, pre-stressed concrete elements. Thus you obtain precisely the tanks that you need in short construction times. The sizes vary between 200 and 20,000 m³. Thanks to single-stage construction methods the volume is relatively high, which ensures stable and secure control of the biology. Different installation options are possible due to the special construction of our system tanks: Above-ground on flat terrain or on a slope, recessed into the ground or banked-up on inclined terrain.

A roof for safe fermentation

Thanks to the reliable seal no gas is lost, odors do not escape, and rain water cannot penetrate from the outside. The materials are corrosion resistant, the roof is self-bearing, tear-free, capable of withstanding extreme stress and offers a long service life, (confirmed by static verifications). It can be installed on all standard round tanks in just a few hours.

The agitator technology – high-quality, effective, and reliable

With thorough mixing of the substrate our agitators support high-yield biogas production in each process phase. Our models consist of corrosion-resistant, high-quality agitators with powerful motors.

High-performance block-type thermal power stations

Compact design and mature industrial-standard technology are characteristic of Central Heat &Power stations installed by EnviTec. The engines have been especially developed for biogas. We supply different performance classes depending on the size of the plant. Central Heat & Power stations from EnviTec are characterized by long service life, high-performance, and energy efficiency.
